As our Founding Commercial Associate for the DACH region, you’ll work directly with the founders to help expand one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies in the padel industry.
Some days you’ll meet investors planning their first club.
Some days you’ll visit project locations across Germany.
You’ll present concepts in our showroom, develop new commercial ideas, attend industry events and help improve the way we build relationships with clients.
No two days are the same.
You won’t inherit a mature sales department.
You’ll help build one.
This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, entrepreneurial and excited by responsibility.
We’re not looking for the longest CV.
We’re looking for someone who learns quickly, takes ownership and wants to become an important part of our journey.
